Major Responsibilities: • Day to day leadership of assigned teams of 10+ employees • Provide ongoing feedback on employee performance • Oversee team staffing, scheduling and holiday management • Execute cost, quality and resourcing goals set by management • Participating in strategy design for the operations team • Lead operational reviews with the customer • Perform / delegate / coordinate daily tasks split • Ensure compliance to respective Service Level Agreements • Coordinate backup structure and plan back up for applicable entities effectively • Identify, promote and coordinate improvement projects • Increase of effectiveness/efficiency of assigned teams • Handle second level escalations, manage and coordinate corrective and preventive actions • Co-operate with the HR and Recruitment Department Requirements: • Min 2+ years of experience in BPO/SSC environment • Experience in a Team Management role would be an advantage • Very good level in English and German • Good understanding of accounting principles • Ability to work under minimum supervision • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Strong business application skills (i.e. MS Office) • Good analytical skills • Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation; positive outlook, open, honest and ethical • Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements We offer not only a stable job in well renown company but it also provides an attractive working environment where you can meet many new, inspiring people from all across the world.
