Będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za:

• Obsługę klienta w języku angielskim w ramach procesu AP (P2P)
• Kontakt mailowy i telefoniczny z klientami
• Pomoc w czynnościach księgowych
• Budowanie i utrzymywanie pozytywnych relacji z klientem

Nasze oczekiwania:

• Mile widziany status studenta na kierunku ekonomia, finanse i księgowość
• Dobra znajomość MS Excel,
• Bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego (B2/C1);
• Dyspozycyjność min. 120h/miesiąc
• Elastyczność
• Wysoka komunikatywność,
• Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia,
• Umiejętność pracy pod presją i pracy w zespole,
• Wysoka kultura osobista w kontaktach z klientem.
